The scientific program of "Frontiers in Water Biophysics 2010" provided an overview on the latest scientific advancements in water structure and dynamics that makes water an unique molecule in all aspects of human life. Main topics have been on the active role of water in food, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and their related technological aspects.
The conference created a link among the fields of food science and technology, pharmaceutical and life sciences. Thus, the aim of the conference was toward:"Fostering mixing, learning and empathy between science cultures was and remains the main purpose of any project"
