The Conference will offer opportunities for presentation and discussion of the most up-to-date research in the field of water structure and dynamics, properties which make water an unique molecule in all aspects of human life. Main topics will be on the active role of water in food, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and on their related technological aspects. Any world scientist wishing to share knowledge, start new collaborations, debate opinions and friendly enjoy the open atmosphere of this event is welcome in Perugia.

Perugia, a city of art and culture, is the capital of Umbria, the green heart of Italy, a Region dotted with medieval towns, little gems of history and nature. The University of Perugia, seven hundred years old, is the crossroads of cultures and people from all around the world.

The Conference will include plenary (invited) lectures, keynote lectures, selected oral presentations and poster sessions. The selection for oral and poster communications will be made by the Scientific Committee.
