The Conference will offer opportunities for presentation and discussion of the most up-to-date research in the field of water structure and dynamics, properties which make water an unique molecule in all aspects of human life. Main topics will be on the active role of water in food, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and on their related technological aspects.
